3. Monitor, evaluate and coordinate commencement of research projects to meet objectives.
4. Prepare evaluation, progress, output and outcome reports of biotechnology projects.
5. Prepare, manage and update R&D projects database.
6. Identify, initiate and monitor collaborative R&D projects between institutes and local industries and international collaboration.
7. Coordinate research projects funded by R&D Initiative for institutes of the National Biotechnology Division.
